We require an initial 10% deposit to initiate your treatment setup, which is non-refundable. Once all arrangements are finalized, we will send an invoice to you or your insurance company. In the unlikely event that your plans change and you decide not to proceed with your medical journey abroad, we will provide you with a refund of any unused funds. For example, if you cancel your trip, you will be refunded the flight cost minus any applicable taxes. You are not required to make any payments until after you have had a conference call with your physician abroad and feel entirely comfortable and confident about your journey.

- You will receive detailed proposal information from your personal CM, including a price quotation.
- Discuss all details with your CM during your follow-up call.
- Complete your personal medical questionnaire, which will be sent to your surgeon abroad. If necessary, it may require X-rays or MRIs. This information is kept confidential and viewed only by the Medical Team.
- A conference call will be arranged between you, your physician abroad, your local doctor, and The Health Tourism International team.
- Finalize your procedures and trip itinerary, including all required medical documents, and make your payment to the ESCROW account.
- Depart for your chosen destination/hospital.
- Upon arrival at the airport, you will be greeted by your HCM and provided with your own mobile phone for use abroad.
- Meet your doctor for the initial consultation. For major surgery, it is suggested that you arrive at your destination two days prior for pre-op tests.
